The website page explains the following tests:

  • Infectious diseases
  • Sickle cell and Thalassaemia
  • Down’s syndrome, Edwards’ syndrome and Patau’s syndrome (the Combined Test and Reflex DNA Test)
  • 11 physical conditions (20 week scan)
  • Diabetic eye screening
  • Newborn eyes, heart, hips and testes (physical examination)
  • Newborn hearing loss
  • Newborn blood spot.
