19th Kingston Beer & Cider Festival raises £700 Kingston Hospital Charity would like to thank the Kingston Beer & Cider Festival's organisers for sponsoring Kingston Hospital's Dementia Care programme for another year, having raised £700 to support delivering consistently excellent dementia care.

Kingston University's Dementia Champions raise over £320 Kingston Hospital Charity would like to thank Maria, Lydia, Denise, Tahira, Zoe, Keisha, Karen and Jessica for holding cake sales on the 21st through 23rd May at Kingston Hospital, in support of Dementia Awareness week. Together, they have raised over £320 to support Kingston Hospital's Dementia Care programme. Zoe is diving for Kingston Hospital's Dementia Care Programme.

2018 SuperHero Run - Kingston Hospital Charity's team raise over £850 Many thanks to Janet Hutchinson from Kingston Hospital's maternity team for raising £500 and to Jeevan Mahesan from the finance team for raising £350 in support of Kingston Hospital Charity. Rose Theatre Knitting Group raises over £1,000 over the last year The Rose Theatre Knitting Group held a knitting sale at the hospital’s main entrance last November, and again this May, raising over £1000 for Kingston Hospital Charity to support the bereavement services at the maternity department. This latest knitting sale brings the total raised by the Group to £3,500, which is a magnificent effort by all those involved.
The Opal Project raises over £5,000 in nine months
The Opal Project raises over £5,000 in nine months Many individuals and businesses responded generously to the front page article in the Surrey Comet last November that featured Rob and Samantha Moore’s fundraising efforts for a new maternity interview room at Kingston Hospital – the Opal Project. Donated gifts to be raffled in December included massages, jewellery and skating tickets at the Hampton Court ice rink. Their efforts were further boosted when Chelsea Technologies Group, in West Molesey, chose the Opel Project as the beneficiary of its Christmas appeal. In total, over £5,000 has been raised in less than a year which is a fantastic effort by Rob and Samantha and all who have kindly contributed to date.
Sonali is running for Dementia Care Programme Sonali is running Kingston's Half marathon on 7th October 2018 for Kingston Hospital Charity's Dementia Care Programme. Sonali and her family have supported this programme for some time, "because of the great work it strives to achieve for the people in and around Kingston".
