Become a member and support your local hospital – free to join


As a Foundation Trust Hospital, we serve and are accountable to you, our local community. Patients, staff and members of the public all have the opportunity to become members. We would love to hear from people who are interested in our hospital and what we do, and are keen to become actively involved in our plans.

If you are aged 14 or over, you can become a member by completing our short online form at the bottom of the page.

Would you like to help shape the future of patient care? Membership is free and as a member of Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust you can:

  • Receive regular newsletters and hear from our experts
  • Take part in surveys and consultations and provide feedback on our services
  • Vote for your local representatives on the Council of Governors (you will need to be signed up as a Foundation Trust member prior to the closing date for nominations)
  • Stand for election to the Council of Governors of Kingston Hospital
  • Help us make sure the care we provide reflects the diversity of our communities
  • Join our reference group to share your feedback on communication materials, planned projects and public engagement opportunities

To become a member of Kingston Hospital you need to live in one of our constituencies.

If you would like to join us as a member of Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, simply complete our short online form.

Or you can download an Easy Read version of our membership form, print it out, fill it in and put it in the post to Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Communications Team, Galsworthy Road, Kingston upon Thames, KT2 7QB.

Alternatively, you can email us on khft.comms@nhs.net to request a copy of the Easy Read form by email.
